Bonjour. Le lien qui permet de suivre l'avancement de la commande n'était pas dans le mail de confirmation. J'ai passé ma commande un jeudi et réglé ensuite par virement. Aucun moyen de vérifier si le virement est bien arrivé et impossible de joindre le service commercial. Je n'ai eu des nouvelles qu'avec le mail m'informant de l'expédition le lundi suivant (au bout de trois jours ouvrables). Il était écrit LIVRAISON sous deux à trois jours! c'est en réalité le délai d'expédition auquel il faut en ajouter deux pour le transport. Le matériel est arrivé en bon état, bien emballé et en ordre de marche.
