Ho preso un caricabatterie per telecamera con adattatore. Nelle specifiche tecniche c'era il modello della mia telecamera ma una volta ricevuto go notato che i ganci della slitta per inserire la batteria erano in posizione errata e per caricare bisognava forzare. L'assistenza clienti sempre gentile e disponibile inizialmente non capendo il problema mi ha proposto la sostituzione del prodotto con uno identico a prima. Successivamente, rendendosi conto che il prodotto era incompatibile col mio modello di telecamera mi é stato proposto il rimborso ma con spese a mio carico. Ovviamente ho rifiutato perché la spesa quasi non valeva l'adattatore. Avrei gradito che nella lista dei modelli compatibili non apparisse il nome della mia telecamera così avrei evitato di comprarlo e non avrei fatto una recensione negativa. Mi spiace.
